Those working under our authority will always have the appropriate training and supervision. We believe our workers should be paid adequately for their good and honest work.

 

Confidentiality

We will not disclose professional information unless we have specific permission or a legal or professional duty to do so.

 

Professional behaviour

To comply with relevant laws and regulations concerning (the brewery of) our beers. We avoid any action that could negatively affect the reputation of our brewery and brand.

 

Marketing standards

We avoid to publish any marketing material that negatively impacts ethical groups or contributes to further racism or discrimination against those groups.

 

Customer relationships

We highly value all our customers. Every customer can expect complete satisfaction in all communications made through our brewery and our private events.

 

Social Media presence

We highly value professional behaviour on our social media accounts. As a professional and premium company, interactions with other companies or customers via our social media channels will remain professional and mature at all times.
